Not really. Many service bureaus cannot work with CDRs. They typically work with Adobe products only AI, eps and pdf are considered a universally acceptable format for vectors

Most designers and clipart illustrators do not think about vinyl. It is the lazy way of doing artwork. Using white shapes to hide imperfections or extra shapes is usually a bad idea but overlaps actually make sense. It makes it easier to edit when changes are needed. If you cut out the shape...
