Does anyone have any information about using an american flag in a logo whether it be clipart or a photgraph......are there copyright laws?

Supposedly no... "Section 8g: "The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature."

that is just putting stuff on the flag -- big nono - putting flag on stuff, not so much...
