Edge2 Yes, we clean it often. We just had it fixed but missed the warrenty. Bummer. I'd love to get rid of it, but I don't see that happening anytime soon. Thanks guys

I like those mats but they don't last that long. The pvc seems to be the way to go. We use plexi glass but It's quite slippery to cut on.

We've sent ours back about a year & a half ago to get the pixils fixed. Now we've got another one out. Other than sending it back to gerber, any suggestions? Luckily it falls about 10.5" on the printed area.

3:00 today I had to adjust ink density for a new film only a few hours after posting. I haven't had to deal with that for about 6 months, go figure.

You should have a file that came with onyx that you can print to measure your ink densities, check manual & use it for true accuracy. Once determined, adjust them in the rip & proceed to re-profile. We have Wasatch & that's how we handle it. The profiles should be in lab to cmyk convert. I...
