    personally I would use 1/2" sintra for high country and 1/4" for the lower copy. 1" is way too thick with that thin of a stroke

    the image I posted is a halo let letter set. the light comes out of the back, and reflects off of the wall, creating a halo. What gino posted is just a channel letter without full coverage of translucent vinyl.

    to the OP (and txfb....): this is what halo lit letters look like edit: @kgirl you may be saving a bit of money with 3/4" trimcap, but you are lowering the lifespan of your letters - way more susceptible to breakage during service.
