Why not just up your prices accordingly ?? Anyone else experiencing product costs increasing normally passes it along, if they can't soak it up. No reason to lessen your product quality to keep costs down.

Ya never know, maybe the ordinance said it could only be X amount of feet long ?? So they tightened it up. At the size it is, you can read it from just about any distance, so technically, there's nothing wrong. Aesthetically, it could breathe a little more.

They should be sewn hems if doing something like this. Banner tape will not work...... not at all. Sewn pole pockets have the material wrapped around several times and then at least 2 rows of sewing. The ends should be completely sealed once you put whatever you want for weight to prevent...

I'd consider that short term use, so 13oz should suffice. I'd put a pole pocket top & bottom. Secure the top to something on the bridge and put some chain in the part dangling down to keep it from blowing too much. Otherwise, just bungee the living sh!t out of it and forget about it.
