It's not a sticky keyboard issue, I've gone as far as swapping keyboards to see if that works, but it doesn't.

I found a way to fix it when it happens without having to restarting your computer: Close out of Corel, and put your computer in sleep mode, then exit out of sleep mode, start up Corel and it works fine! Not a permanent fix, but it is allot quicker then restarting your computer. I'm going to...
