I know we have a few systems we're considering. Yes, they need a reverse osmosis system ahead of the misters to remove minerals and keep everything functioning nicely. Not sure of the brands we are researching off hand, but we'll definitely do a video when we do nail it down.

Coro isn't typically made from PVC. It's typically polypropylene or sometimes polyethylene. Both can be laser cut fairly safely I believe. You are correct about PVC, that should never be laser cut.

We find the ink, filter and consumable costs are around $0.10 a squarefoot total. It's really a great printer and the ink is very durable.
