We used to have a jig set up in which we had some old conveyor rollers squared up to a straight edge. Everything was mounted to a table so it wouldn't move. There was still a manual cut, but it made the whole process easier.
I with I had some photos, but couldn't find any.

Hey guys, feel free to post any questions here if you choose. The auction starts at $1 and there is no reserve. We need to get this printer out of the way to make room for more equipment.
Thanks!
We use uline and a couple of local suppliers. There’s probably a packaging guy fairly close to you that can help you out.
Uline doesn’t brand the boxes we buy from them, not prominently anyway.
Hi guys,
We're going to be putting our 2020 Mimaki CJV300-160 up for eBay auction next week. Get ready. We need to get it out of the way, so the auction is going to start at $1. Highest bidder takes it. Located in our plant here in Omaha, Nebraska. It has a perfect nozzle pattern and is in...

We see that with just about every printer.
We can’t modify reds so the printer and the rip have to print bright reds regardless of the input. Those bright reds are the first color to drop out when the speed is upped on just about every printer I’ve...
Be sure to have plenty of airflow if you’re doing it that way.
We let our shop get down to mid sixties in the winter and mid seventies in the summer. We find that controlling humidity and dust matters more than a 10 degree swing in temperature.
Uhg. So I watched it again. Y’all are right. It’s too damn long.

So I read “loved it” there. I feel like you could have just said that and saved some keystrokes! :clapping:
But seriously. Thanks for the feedback. Shorter videos take more editing and we wanted to explain a few points without putting too much into it.
