It's worked fine for 2 months and now due to misuse it has caused smoke/fire (motor burnout?) . . . I think you're off the hook as well, I don't believe you knew of any prior problems and the buyer should call SW for support !

Upgraded VersaWorks today to Version 3.0.2, Restarted the computer, and to my chagrin it started printing like crap. Pixels everywhere, distortion in the prints, banding and just plain old bad prints. Decided to do a system restore, but when the computer restarted the original version 2.7...

I believe the CX-24 is an earlier model that will not work with VersaWorks ! GX series and newer . . .

I guess I'm not clear on whether PerfCut is for making perforations in media or for cutting perf media ?
