    I just bought a used Rockhopper (it's only 5 months old) and it came with everything but the cd that had the manuals. I spoke to the guy who sold it me but he insist he sent it. (I haven't got it.) Any idea where I can get those manuals? I looked on Mutoh's web site but I couldn't find it...

    Location really depends a lot on what market you are trying to target. Keep in mind that strip malls are usually more expensive and have more restrictions. They sometimes dictate store hours etc. If you are targeting commercial business than the additional cost of a strip location may not...
