most of us who don't have to layer as often are now printing & I've have to ease up on my more ambitiously long print/cut runs for similar reasons of mis-alignment potential when microscopic irregularities are compounded over repetitive distances

I'd cover the entire back with high performance vinyl. I had double face tape shrink before, & it pulled off paint where it did that, so that has been my solution, or stainless steel screws & decorative washers look ok on the front sometimes...

but at least it is a genuine mystery for the moment... everything else here is a played out re-run right? although waiting for Pat's payback... that adds a little interest :)
