You should all look at a place called NGLANTZ & SON. There cheap, fast and reliable. I use them and Fellers for just about everything but I do use NGLANTZ for all my vinyl since there prices are cheap. Also dont be afraid to negotiate.

I would suggest building atleast a 5' wide table. I always worked on a 4 footer but having the extra 1' is great to have a little more room

I would probably use the 18 or 19 to be safe. But another alternative which I would probably use is a mesh banner hemmed and grommeted really well.

Your going to have to eat the cost but then again you should hopefully have priced it well enough you shouldn't lose any money and if so it's minimal. Sometimes screw ups mean working for free but it happens so stick with it and make sure you give quote only good for 30 days or so.
