  2. Printed Graphics do not line up

By the way, how did your customer get up there in the first place ??
  3. Printed Graphics do not line up

Could be, but up & down and left to right ?? Too many inconsistencies to be an angle problem. Look at the dot above the 'i' alone. All the letters are outta whack and it has nothing to do with camera angle, unless ya have a camera like tex.
  4. Printed Graphics do not line up

Wow, they're complaining about that, yet none of your letters are centered within their borders/outlines below it.
  5. Connecting 4x4 aluminum posts to concrete

The plate size is based on the square tube size, not the size of the sign. The idea being there needs to be enough flange to provide support past the tube. The tables I have are based on 110mph wind with exposure type C. I'm sure people have gotten away with less, I'm just sharing what I have...

  7. Connecting 4x4 aluminum posts to concrete

Right outside our front door, by the intersection, they put a new ADA corner in last summer. They tore the old stuff out and it broke up like nothing. When they put it back, they poured a ton of cement, but they put the rebar in, along with the screening, but it was only about 4" deep...
  8. New printer help

From what you wrote, to do it correctly..... you need a printer, cutter, laminator and a CNC. You're looking at quite a chunk of change, plus the real estate you'd need to set all of that up. You could skip the printer & cutter part and go straight to a flatbed. Eliminate monkey time of...
  9. Oracal 751 on Stainless

Then, I wouldn't worry about a thing. It's outta your hands, unless you supply directions and how-tos with your RTG or RTA decals.
  10. Oracal 751 on Stainless

If you're gonna use iso, you should dilute it. Painted or non-painted.
  11. Oracal 751 on Stainless

It'll hold up, ya just hafta make sure you have it clean like mentioned. After ya think it's clean, clean it again with vinegar, then one last cleaning.

Mill finish or are you coating/painting it ??

  14. Covid Sick Time?

However, are we really talking Amish........ or could it be Bretheran, Mennonites, Quakers, Hutterites and there are some others. They're all basically Plain People. Some are a little different, but all of them suffer from the same diseases the english have. I not only live among them, I am...

  19. Vinyl on Sherwin Williams painted wall

Not really. Regardless of this installation being next door or 1,000 miles away, was the paint tested with the kinda vinyl you intended to use ?? All of the paint companies changed their formulas(s) 2 decades ago and when you say very shiny, it kinda tells me, it's a paint with all the dirt...
  20. Covid Sick Time?

I honestly don't believe that human babies, regardless of location on the earth are meant to be injected with all these shots and vaccines. There are debates about real mother's milk or formula. Everything the human race touches goes wrong, but we push on for progress. So, if injecting all...
