    Welcome from OK Use the cleaning fluid. Keeping your machine working and clean is not something you want to skimp on. That $80 gallon is about as cheep as you can go but it has limits. It should not be used in some places so read and follow the directions.

    This may be just a bump for you. The only thing I can think of is that the clamp roller is not positioned over the bottom roller. Since it moves in and out that may not be the problem but, it may have something to do with it

  12. Printing on Magnetic Roll stock?

    There is a special magnet material for printers. For the most part, the vinyl on magnetic vinyl is not a very good quality for printing. The heaters can't heat the magnet evenly enough do a decent job either. The magnet material also warps when heated so it is hard to avoid head strikes.

    I never used more than 2 cleaning carts. Check your manual for cleaning instructions. They may have changed from what my mach was. Mutoh changes a lot.

    I did mean the waste ink lines. The 3M stuff from fellers will work good for clean ups but follow the directions. Don't mix it with the ink that will be used for printing. Cleaning out the waste tubes should be no problem.

    Film laminates will last much longer and are faster & easier to apply.
