Can you not hook it up to another computer as a firewire drive? My beloved Apple laptop of 9 years just had an issues and I was able to hook it up via firewire and drag all of the files over to my other computer. Then you can kill the drive and have all of your files. Thanks, Kurt

That is exactly why I bought my own. Yeah it was nice to not have to pay a printer payment every month but it sure sucks to rely on other people when they just don't seem to give a crap! You can always start off small and upgrade like I have. Thanks, Kurt

Welcome aboard. Couldn't agree more, how about a design certification program. We all know it takes a good install to get a good wrap but if it is designed like chit then it really doesn't matter right? A lot of fly by nighters who don't have these skills are killing the industry. Thanks, Kurt

Good luck getting it. I talked to someone direct at Oracal and they said as it comes from Germany it is usually spoken for at this point. I've tried Advantage and Fellers recently. Neither had even heard of it at that point and needed to do research before they gave me any info... Thanks, Kurt

I do this with a local screen printer that does all of our screenprinting @ wholesale. In return we do all of their digital printing and vinyl graphics/signs @ wholesale and we are all happy campers. Thanks, Kurt

Yeah you will want to run a test print. If it is bad chances are good that one of those screens hit your head and damaged it. That happened to ours a year or so ago. Thanks, Kurt

Not a route I would go. Buyer beware. No support, warranty, technical advice etc... you think they are going to send somebody to you to fix it? If it is even legit to begin with, might be a scam of some sort. Thanks, Kurt
