I hope they are not for a reverend out of Africa.... You might think about outsourcing an order that large. Would take forever to print. If you outsource you can be hands free and probably save some $$$ in the meantime. Just be sure you use a reputable source who has a staff that can come...

Nope, just thick and thin. I just leave mine on Thick and align the heads to that height in the control panel. Thanks, Kurt

Sounds like you might have to check the head height and then do an alignment. Give that a wirl and see if it helps you out at all. Thanks, Kurt
