How about the tension in the material itself? If it has to pull off a full roll you will get this sometimes. Try advancing the material so there is little tension. is that banner material?

I use mactac digital. Ive never tried the cut vinyl and probably will not. Oracal 751 for everything else.

Thanks All Signs... I did. I actually called Sai and it was all the PS plugins I had installed. I just changed the directory name.. booted up flexi and renamed the directory. All is good. I was surprised I didnt have to pay crazy money to Sai for the help.. thats a good thing.

As of yesterday, my flexi 8.1 pro will load but will hang once it is up. If I click on anything, it will not respond and I have to shut down. Ive re installed and system restored to an earlier date. Does anyone have any suggestions before I fork over the big bucks to Sai? :thankyou:

I hate the feeling! I use mactac 5529 and lam without issue. Im sure you dont want to hear that but there is something weird going on with that job. I had a boat wrap on a 70 mph tournament fishing boat and had no issues. Id be very interested to hear more on this issue.

I do a lot of work for a pursuit dealership. Ive got some artwork if that is what you are looking for.

Id be willing to bet its how it is webbed. The tension needs to be consistent and relatively tight. That is the biggest PITA with these things.
