Besides mentioned above, its going to need to be re leveled and most likely the laser adjusted and that can, and should be done by someone familiar with that machine as it pretty tedious and if not done correctly will cause more down time.
Try a subtank maintenance, then move the carriage to head maintenance position, once its there power off the machine completely with the hard switch. Watch those heads and if there is any drops of ink coming out you have a air leak or a bad valve. I would definitely look at what was changed last...
We market some of our smaller flatbed printers with one for rapid jig making. Not very well received unless there is someone familiar with design/modeling and knowledge of the process in house. Usually sits in the box or has a rats nest of filament on the build plate.
