All Graphic Supplies dropped it when I told Charles that the way he was selling them was not acceptable as a sole distributor. After 3 months he still did not carry the full line. Since he could not be the sole distributor, he did not want to carry it at all.
Thanks for the heads up. The problem you have encountered seems to be pretty random. Mostly happens during shipment. breakage from regular use is pretty rare. It can be repaired with some PVC cement and a strip of styrene as reinforcement.
I don't recommend the attempt to make the conversion. If you want to send me an email, I'll let you know of any new developments. I am working on it.

Laminating with the Big Squeegee does not mean it is the end of the process. You will have at least some silvering to deal with. The felt is somewhat worse than the satin edge for silvering. The main thing is that the Big Squeegee mounts the vinyl fast without any bubbles.
