Haha. I agree. We're looking for gamut consistency across all devices. So if we print corrugated plastic on one printer today, we have a very similar color output on a different printer in two months, on a different brand of corrugated plastic. We have the tools to profile our medias inhouse...

We used to offer heat bending. It takes a little finesse with handling, timing, and temperature. Our offer was just a single angle though, no curves. I wonder if you could heat the sheet up with a heat gun or infrared stand heater, then mold it between two cooler, curved surfaces sandwiched...

Yeah. A solid hiring process is key. We still can improve ours, but I feel like we're getting better at it. Some of it just comes down to being a reasonable judge of character.
