    When I had my Mutoh the capping station never seated correctly to the heads. I had to manually push the heads over to seat them correctly and then put something heavy in front of them to hold them in place.

    Never used a laminator for that, seems to me that if you go through the trouble of laying down 6 inches of it why not just push the BS across the rest of it and its done?

    What thickness are you getting? Depends on how many you are cutting at one time. We will only cut down one sheet at a time usually so we just cut it down with a razor and a straight edge.

    Why not just buy the sheets and cut them down yourself? Would save you money. We do that all the time.

    Could definitly be the Leo stuff. Thanks for that link. Here are a few more pics of it, you cant tell in the pics but it is definitely layered vinyl with an overlam.
