Try some aggressive cleaning. Pull the dampers off and connect a syringe w/ tubing to the nipple on the head. Gently Gently inject cleaning solution into the head. Be very gentle. And / or fill your capping stations to the top with solution, drape a lint free cloth over it and park the head...
