I have a gerber 408 with a phase converter,7.5 hp router head ,10hp vac ,the boards are fine...but i can only get 17000 rpms out of the spindle....im working with gerber to fix the problem.....

ksc I just had my ion installed a month ago all materials prints great except for to day... Coroplast,,, my humidity was 56 % heat was 69 degrees in the past coroplast printed good.... gerber states 40-60 on humidity is ok heat 69? ink not drying???? Help please

My ion just was installed on 10-8-08 the ink is hard and flexible the ion is fast and you can walk away from it its cool.... coroplast prints vary nice, no head strikes mdo etc ...too cool....
