Same here . . . I now use Roland ColourChoice only for my RIP, It is 1000 times better than Flexi for output quality . . . I continue to use flexi to cut vinyl . . . Sad part is there are very inexpensive vinyl cutting programs and plug-ins to cut vinyl . . . Feel like I wasted my hard...

I only use 45 degree blades and all is perfect. I keep blades around that are used just for cutting reflective and I up my force to perfect the cutting process without a hitch.

So here's what I came up with just for (cut vinyl) . . . Of course the finished version will have the rounded corners and the corrected dots over the I's . . . !
