I have seen it water jetted, and they do use routers to round the edges, but the bits are wicked $$$$. Diamond or diamond coated. and the routers are the size of a shop vac, and water cooled.

you could add a bit of M into your ink limits and see if that does not help. It could cut some of the C Y out.
