I love architects... here are the differences with Helvetica Regular, Medium and Bold

The Swiss 721 Roman is close to the Helvetica regular. The medium has a slightly bolder stroke, I would buy the 2, Arial will not work...

What version of Illy? did you try going to: "OBJECT" then "expand" or "expand transparency"?

You may want to look at: CHARLES RENNIE MACKINTOSH and ARTS AND CRAFTS fonts to see if there is anything close, but it looks to me like they "MACKINTOSH"ed a font

I love CadTools too, yeah it is a chunk of change but all the options it has, Cadtracker with area and perimeter measurements, and having scale/layer support has been worth it with all the drafting I have to do.

I have done it the way described above, but with CADTools (www.hotdoor.com) you can use "step and repeat" in the CadTracker window and it's all done.
