Have you also tried Google image search? They might turn up something different. You might also benefit from posting the image here.

I wouldn't the name here were I you. If you like the name, if it fits your business, if it is a .com extension, and if it is easy to remember and enter correctly ... then $150 is probably a fair to good price for you.

Weighted Sans Serif fonts are few and far between. You might want to check with The Vector Doctor to see if he can typeset it for you.
