    I can always switch over to my laser engraver to do awards but I wouldn't be able to do routed plastic signs and engrave on the back of medal awards. The old one is working good that last 2 days but just getting the other one ready.

    I have a $10,000 engraver running on our oldest computer that is dying a slow death. This old thing takes forevvvvvvver to boot up, slow as anything, both CD drives will not open, usb ports in front will not work, gives us "Can't find a hard drive" message....ect..... We kick that damn thing...

    I'd say the strip as well. Just replace the one on my GX-24. It was not cutting thru where the strip was worn.

    you can also use the shape tool then click on the line where you want it to be deleted and use the break node tool at each side then delete.

    or, just pull guide lines out of the ruler margin and put them where you need to for the margins. If you scroll in, you will see the smaller margin marks on the ruler and can set the guide lines where you need them.

    you might be able to use the knife tool at this point but not sure. You have them welded with the circles now. You could also node edit and cut the nodes. Like Rick said, once you get used to Corel, it will be alot easier.
