Hey everyone, just posting this out of curiosity. I like looking around and seeing what different types of printers and such are out there and am curious on what other shops use.
Our setup is
- HP Latex 570
- Epson V7000
- Summa S2 T
- Fletcher (soon to be keencut)
- Panel Saw.
- GFP Laminator...
I've had the same issue with a few employees after we purchased a V7000. They were getting rashes and their eyes were getting irritated. We ended up getting 2 island air duster 2000 and they have solved our issues.
Make sure you're using the right angle as said above. If you're struggling that much to find the right pressure you may need to get a new blade and retry.
The job ended up just getting passed to my desk from a co worker so didn't have too much info when I first made the post. Its a food processing plant and the Chemicals they were referring to were various liquid cleaners. They also pressure wash afterward. Found out that we had subbed the job out...
Does anyone know of any laminates that are used for industrial areas with harsh chemicals? Haven't ordered anything like this before so looking for some suggestions. Thanks
