    The foils are basically translucent, you may want to try it first to see if it is acceptable. The transparent foils may work better for what you are looking for.

    You need a backing or you are going to ruin your cutting strip. These cutters are not designed to cut all the way thought the material, just the front part leaving the carrier intact.

    Are you saying you could not tell the vehicle had been repainted? When I see a vehicle that has been repainted or repaired I let of the possibility's.

    +1 on the above statement. Also I hope you informed the customer this could happen and had then sign a work order explaining that it can and will happen if repainted and that work was not done properly! Good Luck!

    If one cartridge gets a lot lower than others and ink comes in contact with the head it will back low trying to equalize the pressure.
