You should check out the laminator I have for sale in the classified section. It would be a good (and cheap) solution for your needs - especially since you've only got a 30" printer.

I agree with much of what is said in this thread. If someone from OUT OF MY AREA wants to come spend a day or two - that's great. Otherwise, if you are in my area - figure it out on your own somehow.

We use 20/20 inks in our Mutoh. They work great - but dang is the smell a TON worse than OEM :)

Remember, file sharing is not allowed on Signs101.

Our wholesale customers are simply that. We do nothing but plug their provided file into the RIP, and print it. If it is a bad file, or they made a mistake, then that is their issue. We do not charge enough to eat those jobs.

Do a search - someone posted an EXCELLENT tutorial on how to do this.
However, you are going to need to measure the windshield to get the correct curve.
