I really need a new monitor for my printer b ut is it really the monitor or the video card that will give me a better view of my graphics. For instance I really cannot detect light colours at all and they are basically white on screen.

OK I found if I clicked on my computer from the c drive directory it opened a directory with my computer in there and that allowed me to create the short cut.... geeez I am getting old and senile thanks guys

i have my xp set for for classic and I cant see either of those in the start menu. How else can I get it back. I see if I drag the c drive to the desktop I can open that up then there is a tab for my computer in there but I cant seem to make it create a shortcut.

Just a dumb question. I must have accidentaly deleted the my computer icon off the desktop. Where do you go to create a new shortcut?
