make sure your heads are set to thick. I find a heat setting of 38C and 33C works well with banners

are you saying that it only happens in certain prints and others print fine? If it always happens in the same spot on a given file then I have to conclude that there is something in the file that the software does not like.

system restore will only let me go back to the exact time all this happened on the 4th. OK I screwed here so far. I have spybot in my other computers here, I will try and get it going in this one although the damge is done.
