    sounds like the problem is you need to get an xrite I1 and build profiles canned profiles can not compensate for the variables in your machines, only you can do that.

    if you do 5 color (+ white) it has to flush the hell out of it to protect the head (or try to) they should print on damn nesr anything, coro, sintra, acrylic, styrene, even glass fibreboard, mdf, aluminum, etc i will fond the 92 page document that mutoh has for this product line & post the link

    very nice, i will order a roll today and give it a try i had most of this worked out a year ago, but, never really considered how to pack INDIVIDUAL SIGNS i was anticipating either leaving batches (per saleman) or packaging 5-10 different signs with an order (carboard tube would have worked then)
