I think most people I know have it, but none of them use it, because it doesn't have EVERYONE on it like FB does. In my community it's not taking off yet. Still pretty stagnant. You hear about something on FB everyday, I haven't heard anyone say the Google + word yet.

I just printed a bunch of vinyl no problem...now I moved to banner material, and it's dragging lines across it again...I don't get it. I'm starting to get annoyed. I'm gonna drop it down to the other end of the printer and clean the heads and see how that goes.

I paid out the nose for Mimaki Inks until my manufacturer's warranty was well over. As soon as that was over, I made the switch, and haven't had any ink related problems. I'm probably four years or so into Bordeaux inks, and my machine is 6+ years old and still going strong. My fellers rep...

I'm not sure how it got there...I'm not generally an everyday cleaner, but at least a once a week at minimum on weeks that I don't print much. She's been like a tank so far, but now I'm starting to have to learn a lot about fixing it and troubleshooting things.

I don't think I need to get to the "doctors surgery" with a knife yet...but we'll see. I've got a few more things to print...I may be making headway w/ it. But I'm gonna scream if it drags one across my banner prints again!

Wow...I've NEVER noticed that before...but I'd been moving the head back and fourth...just never noticed the clean out area...I'll do that now! Thanks. For the love. You'd think after 6 years w/ the machine I'd have noticed that by now!

I have this thing...for lack of a better term "dingleberry" of inking hanging on the back of one of my print heads. I've soaked it for 10 minutes, tried cleaning w/ swabs like 6 times, and I just can not get it off of there. I've ruined a banner four times printing it because it'll start...

I bought my JV3 6 years ago and still going strong. The only things I've had to replace are one damper, and I've put pumps in it twice. I don't know what normal printers do...but I'm happy w/ my setup and would probably buy a Mimaki again.

I use Sign Amigo for most of my stuff. He always exceeds my expectations.

GotPrint is awesome. Use them all the time. This subject is beat to death though, so just do a search.

Yep...I got some from Advantage a couple months ago.

C&C Engraving in Arizona. Used to be a MM here (or at least advertised here, cause that's how I found them), not sure if they still are. They do that stuff all day long. Talk to Gene...he's gone above and beyond for me on a few jobs lately. Great work.

That blows! I once did two yard signs in 3M air release, and I hated that enough! I bet ya never make that mistake again though.

Yea, anything I print in house (or even have to sub out) is generally around $4 for anything 4X8ish or bigger. I used to get $7 w/o batting an eye, but then we had a lowballer show up and I couldn't sell A THING, so $4 is the standard here, and I feel lucky to get that sometimes.

It's like Tommy Boy all over again.

I'd say find the biggest balls you can for that.
