  1. Stumped by this font...

I have removed the request, as it is not a font. I called the company and this was used on their older model trailers. They no longer have this available and told me I'd have to try and find it on my own. :banghead: Gonna see if the Doctor can help me!

  6. what do you wear?

Here in Canada we generally wear a good pair of muck lucks and a parka! :ROFLMAO: But seriously... here in Calgary, everybody seems so much more laid back. The suit and tie seems to be a thing of the past. Most business people here are dressed smart casual. We don't do cold calls, so we don't...
  7. Who is back-cutting on Gerber?

It's very handy to have, isn't it?! It was a no brainer for me, especially since I discovered that I can purchase all of my Gerber parts AND supplies from GMS at less than HALF PRICE over what I was paying my local supplier. That was a great discovery for me! :clapping:

  9. Who is back-cutting on Gerber?

Yes... it's a two step process. Do the regular front kiss-cut, then turn it over and to the back cut through the liner as well as the split line (for a crack'n'peel decal) if it is required!
  10. Who is back-cutting on Gerber?

Forgive my ignorance... what's a 4b? The Back Cut Dialogue Box in Omega 4 is definitely the way to go. It makes this an extremely simple process. I went and purchased a second blade holder for my enVision 375 so I don't have to change the depth every time. One is dedicated to front cutting...
  11. Mac + Ricoh 7000 + flexisign

This has piqued my interest... Not to be a :thread but... I was under the impression that you couldn't sublimate cotton? I just got the GX7000 and am waiting on my inks, so I'm quite interested in this process. Can you elaborate a little?

  13. Bicycles...............

I started riding a lot this year now that the weight is way down. Start slow and cautious. Really though, it's just like riding a bike.....:ROFLMAO: My bike is a Giant. Very well built bikes and very light aluminum frame that won't rust. You can get a good new Giant for under $500...
  14. Who is back-cutting on Gerber?

Is anyone else using the back-cutting feature on the Gerber? I had a hands on lesson from Dana Goodale himself while at ISA in April. He taught me the two methods of back-cutting and I must say they work EXTREMELY WELL! They have saved me hours of time trimming and they make the finished product...

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone! Gino: that's funny!! We're in a Canola field. This time of the year here in Southern Alberta is when the Canola plants flower the most.
