Backup in your area.And by backup I mean a very reliable tech guy that actually answer his phone or return your calls.Someone that will be honest with you and are not indoctrinated by the brand name he works on.Someone that wont tell you your machine will explode just because you use 3 party...
There is definitely a thread on here that deals with that. I cant believe your service rep don't know about how to bypass this. How does he then work on your machine if he does not know how to get into service mode.

Sorry ...typed the message from my mobile hence the spelling and grammar!.We do labels for a number of soap companies.Print it on my Roland machines.These labels aren't even laminated and we tested on to 30 dish washing cycles....no problem.
