    flexi is fine when it works correctly. but like now, i have a simple logo with a gradient, 2'x4'. when i try to put a contour on it or change size, it closes down after taking forever hourglassin' . any clues?thanks

    i just turned it off and back on, then did auto print/cut..it worked

    the cut feature is not aligned with the edge of print? i did auto print/cut alignment, but it failed..any idea why or what else to do? thanks
