This is my first one from Dan. It just came from Amazon today. It's a great book so far. Pretty excited to implement some ideas in the slower winter months for us here.
I barely remember how to write cursive myself. I never use it. I can however read it. It is too bad, but at the same time, schools have finite resources and they must make tough decisions prioritizing the most important subjects they teach on. There aren't that many career paths or life events...
We're a trade only printer, so we don't deal with all that many artwork issues (as a percent of the total work) but fonts not being converted to outlines is probably the most common reason why we need an artwork file corrected BY FAR.
I do find that filling small holes from mechanical fasteners is less obtrusive and easier to repair than dealing with adhesive residue.
Is there any way you could hang them from the ceiling?

When we need someone, we generally print up about 350 24x18 yard signs that say, "Want to make this sign and get paid? Call 888-509-7446" We put them all over the city and we get hundreds of calls.
I'm kidding... There are some good ideas and advice on here already!
Cast cut vinyl is one of the most durable ways to letter a sign reasonably. It will outperform most digital or screen printed inks, even with a clear coat or overlam.
Make sure you get the right price from the customer though, since it outlasts the other options, you may not see that customer...
