that one has a slide on the right side for DOWNFORCE i think. set it at the - end and try a cut. then if it aint cutting move it toward the + end. not to hard is it? if you got a digital numbers...start at 50 and see if it cuts then mover up 10 at a time till it works like its supposed...

how are you connected to the plotter? most them old ones DIDNT HAVE A USB port. only a LPT-1 PRINTER connection and a pinned com1 port.

if your running ANY SIGN PROGRAM, you dont need the driver from ROLAND!!!!!! sign lab, flexi, vmpro, goober.................ALL PROVIDE THEIR OWN DRIVERS. so if you SIGN PROGRAM WILL RUN ON VISTA... so then you plotter will work from it.
