The problem with bullet resistant fiberglass and Lexan is going to be the amount of damage the material takes when it absorbs the impact. It would look worse than just having a bullet hole in there.

Clean Cut Blades. I've been absolutely shocked at how long they're lasting cutting reflective vinyl. I don't know if they're harder but they're dang sure sharper out of the box.
