Try going into your firewall and setting permission to allow app.exe & app2.exe! You should also be able to cut directly from Ill. to your roland as long as you get the windows driver!

If the Roland Tech stripped one and did not replace it I would think that he was not a trained/taught service Tech! So if you can not figure out how to remove this you are the one not knowing and must have learned from an untrained person/tech!
Amy have you called Graphtec and asked them about this? I have an older CE3000-60MK@ and do not have this issue! Have you cleaned cleaned the rollers both the grit and the rubber wheels? Also what vinyl are you using?
Why don't you supply a photo of what you are talking about! There are many ways to extract a broken screw/bolt but without actually seeing what you are dealing with is hard to advise!
I think that SE signs supply has done this many times being a Rolland dealer!
