    Try going into your firewall and setting permission to allow app.exe & app2.exe! You should also be able to cut directly from Ill. to your roland as long as you get the windows driver!

    Techman I come from the engineering field and when circuits are designed they are designed with a minimum of a 10% tolerance!

    If the Roland Tech stripped one and did not replace it I would think that he was not a trained/taught service Tech! So if you can not figure out how to remove this you are the one not knowing and must have learned from an untrained person/tech!

    Amy have you called Graphtec and asked them about this? I have an older CE3000-60MK@ and do not have this issue! Have you cleaned cleaned the rollers both the grit and the rubber wheels? Also what vinyl are you using?

    Why don't you supply a photo of what you are talking about! There are many ways to extract a broken screw/bolt but without actually seeing what you are dealing with is hard to advise! I think that SE signs supply has done this many times being a Rolland dealer!
