Do people actually get away with some of these suggestions? Face it, there are a couple of photoshop actions that will yield some pretty weak results. Doug's right, you're going to end up placing each jewel image onto the letter individually to get it to look right and it's gonna take a while...

Rapid Tac when absolutely necessary...never on glass. I rarely use it, my current quart bottle is probably 9 months old. roger may come across as a royal prick but the times I've talked to him on the phone he's really a nice guy and his stuff works incredibly well.

I'd have made the white line through the leaf align with the white between the two lines of text. Both of these are good, basic, knock them out and get paid layouts. Nothing spectacular, just good everyday design.
