What the font found a very similar font (Constitution) but it has ragged edges (sort of like Papyrus) & I need smooth edges. This is what my client wants (I know it's ugly to use for PUC #'s... but it's for some limo outfit that has used it for years:

I sold mine for $400. It is a workhorse. Don't pay $1K though... not that it couldn't become worth that... but I just think you could get one for less.
