    no, it's a brush holder. The brush does everything, but if you rest it in the hole in the CD, it will keep the wet paint off your bench. You'll need to spring for another left handed one too though. That's what ya get for shoppin' ebay...no left handed brush stand in the package geeeezzeeloiuzzzee

    ok, no luch on what the font... The logo I need to recreate had the text all kerned into a group, so I've seperated them & fixed a few serifs where they got surgically seperated... anyway, I just agreed to fix this before running 16 prints TODAY... I hope I (I mean Eric) won't have to...

    thanks Wayne... I'll try that. I've become fairly proficient in Illustrator... but some complex jobs does get me pulling my hair out. I have Flexi 7.6... but just output to my Mimaki from their & haven't done much designing in it.

    it is one of a handful of fairly basic setting on the plotter itself. Not as frequently changed as force, or speed, but often right there among them in the plotter interface

    Ken, just like all the other shading on the rivits, the stripes in the flag, the dimples in the hat... after creating a vector shape... just using a gradient fill, +/or some transparency can create a more realistic result... but I'd guess it is still vectors
