    cut out / remove rectangle from both front and back place new print with black border on both front and back (black border to hide overlap) should work fine

    if you aren't pretty darn good with a soldering iron I would have a tech (or local elec engineer) do it - but you can at least test it with a ohm-meter yourself

    Anyone do screen printing to aluminum? 8"x12" - a LOT of small copy - 1 color on white - vector art will be available minimum quanitity? anything else I should know about? PM pricing etc please! TIA! (used to have these done locally, now no screeners do coro or aluminum)
