So I have had a few outputs that had streaking in the first 4 or 5 inches of the print. My thinking is that I started the print too close to the leading edge of the roll and the head mucked up the print before it had a chance to hit the fans and set. The stock we're using for this project is...
We used to have this all the time when Canada gave you 12 months of unemployment insurance after only contributing for six months. It was a good program for industries that were seasonal like fishing but not really a motivator for the rest. I would have applicants drop in for an interview and...
When I first read the title for the thread I was under the impression that careers with charities, non-profits, Médecins Sans Frontières, etc. were being pushed aside by for-profit only endeavours.
Anyway I say it's your call. If for whatever reason you are not comfortable with something, then...
Ah, White ink. If only the people that sold me the HP printer didn't hide the fact that the white ink option was just a few months down the road. And they wonder why the industry has trust issues regarding manufacturers and distributors.
Anyway, based upon the subject matter that the client...
Suggestions and preferences for a clear substrate that will be hung so the image can be seen from both sides. Will be printing with a HP 365. The client may request the image be laminated so suggestions for a compatible laminate would be appreciated as well.
You know, this actually fits my philosophy for sales. I have found over the past 30 years if you and the client don't like each other's smell so to speak you rarely will be able to manage working together. It's just the way it is. This can be applied to new hires as well.
I haven't decided yet but I may add another 27" monitor and still use the one I have for accounting and other less graphic related stuff. Unless someone pipes up and says that's a no-no.
If I go with two monitors what is a good quality monitor arm system that is recommended?
I suppose there is a bit of that as it does help vet out those trying to scam their way as a commercial client when really they are a retail customer. It's amazing how many we come acros that tell us a story of how busy and big they are but just can't manage a tax ID number or business number.
Often we have discussions with clients on the phone or via email and never actually meet face to face. I like the form as it helps to eliminate errors especially if dealing with accents and other language variances. Variations that we have used in the past have been particularily helpful with...
That could be part of it, but really it's to gather the information necessary to properly set up them up in accounting, crm, etc. Requests for payment terms are a separate process/form.
Scooping some ideas from the internet I threw this simple form together yesterday. I need to clean it up and...
The members of this community never cease to amaze me. Thanks for all of the great ideas and insights that you have shared, this is so cool and extremely helpful.
You folks were so helpful regarding the costing spreadsheet I thought to myself, "Hey dude, why not ask if anyone has a Client Application Form that they would like to share?"
