what it sounds like you need. is
1. For the new PC. - Wireless network card. I suggest the new PRE-N from belkin.. its got nice speed and range.
2. for your shop - Wireless network Router - Again Belkin PRE-N .
3. For the mac. - Wireless card if its not already there...
That does not sound correct.. If all pc's (mac or pc) are on the same network they should all be able to print to each other.. (or send to rip) Give us a quick explain of setup.. How many computers .. is there a dedicated rip.. ect. and how you connect to the internet.. hi-speed or modem...
