  3. A&S Tuscano Script

Yes, and beta fonts would always be Open Type PS. Alternate and Auto ligatures. Auto ligatures work only with Adobe programs.
  4. A&S Tuscano Script

Not a bad idea. Hmmmmmm....... Let me give that I little thought today.
  5. A&S Tuscano Script

I'm anxious to get it released, believe me. I have 3 that are in the works that I'd like to release at the same time, and I can't seem to stop tweaking them. Don't want to rush it, but I may offer them to Sign101 members before they are offered on the Signfonts site. Thanks! I am guessing they...
  6. Ooooo... that's a neat idea..........................

Not for the wife, but for a few friend and family, I bought some decorative shaker containers. Like is used for grated cheese. Then filled them with dried basil grown in my garden over the summer.
  7. The Banana Test

I got it! The Lion would eat the other three and have no use for bananas or coconuts...

  11. Wait a minute.. here's my latest logo attempt (or, Don't laugh at my truck sketch)

I really like that Doug... And thanks for the Signfonts plug. I do the same with shadow cut outlines, but often do over sized outline so I can make my cut line slightly inside. Doesn't work so well with overlapping elements. Good Job!

  13. does anyone know how to make a font?

I began making fonts in CorelDraw. There's a tutorial out there on the web somewhere. I learned by reading the manual (not easy). Then started using FCP from High Logic, Pat says it's $80 but I think the most recent version is more like $200. It's a real good program but limited if you want...
  14. Lettering Shadows

Just did this one yesterday. I have take to doing very subtle shading lately. This is not a good photo, taken a dusk.
  15. Lettering Shadows

For that same reason, I have worked with some sign guys that would rather do a shade to the right, figuring more straight lines, less work.
  16. Lettering Shadows

I was taught to work, as a right hander, with light coming from over my left shoulder, hence, shadows fall to the bottom right, mostly.
  17. Christmas Tree finally up

I think this is from 2 years ago, but it's pretty much the same every year.
  18. Flyer design for Christmas Sale

I like your design. Some could find the lower case spelling to be offensive. I'm just sayin'... My Grandmother used to blow up when she saw anyone use X-mas.
  19. How black is your black?

A lot may depend on your setting in the Rip and Print window. I get a real nice red that nearly matches Oracal Red with 12,100,96,0.
