  2. Web site critique and suggestions please.

I posted a thread last week because I discovered that my site had problems when viewed using Firefox browser. All the links had big blue boarders around them that could not be seen in IE, or in the design software I use. I guess it has been that way since first created back in 2001. Hard to...
  3. Why are there so many fonts?

I simply enjoy creating fonts. My real pleasure comes in seeing creative work by designers using my fonts. Is there any money in it? Not much. I couldn't live on what I make with font alone. Lately font sales have been extremely slow. As well as sign sales.

  11. Anyone who uses Foxfire

Thanks Brian, I'll give it a try. My html skills are lacking to say the least. When I first built the website I did check it in Netscape and saw the blue lines. I ask some others to check it and they didn't see them. So I assumed it was something to do with my computer.

  14. Anyone who uses Foxfire

I just downloaded Mozilla Foxfire. when I went to check out my website I found it to be very ugly. Will others who have foxfire have a look and tell me if it looks like this? It's not supposed to have the blue lines around the links. I don't see them with IE.

Hem tape will not hold it.
  16. Seaming 2 pieces of vinyl banner together

Do you have someone who stitches your banners for you? They should be able to sew it together with very little shift. Just print a two inch overlap. I have a Tent & Awning place that does a very good job on such projects.

  18. Dibond to Stucco with liquid nails?

I've been a signMAKER for nearly 50 yrs. My experience as a sign INSTALLER amounts to digging post holes and pounding in a few lead shields in cinder block walls. Please don't confuse the two. Just because you may know sign installation, doesn't make you a signmaker. Just needed to point that...

  20. Dibond to Stucco with liquid nails?

Are they conserned with holes in the stucco or bolds/screws visible on the sign face? There are several ways to install it with no visible bolts.
